District Cross Country Event

Date: Thursday 11th December
Venue: The Netherhall School
Start Time: Registration at 9:30am
Finish Time: Approx 12:20pm

Competition:

• Each school may enter up to 10 athletes in each of the Minor and Junior events of which the top 6 will count to the team’s score. 

• Each school may enter up to 8 athletes in the Inter events of which the top 4 will count to the team’s score.

• Each school/ college may enter as many Senior athletes as they like as this race does not count towards the team score.
  
  

Rules:

• At the start all athletes must stand behind the start line and avoid making contact once the race is underway.

• All athletes must stay within the two white boundary lines of the course and follow the correct route.

• At the finish, the students must enter the funnel staying in finish order.

• At the finish, each athlete will be given their position number which they must then give to the desk to record the results.
